Returning the Gemtek
If the product is returned within five (5) days of receipt
in its original, unopened package and the online account
has not been activated, the purchase price paid, less shipping
and handling, and first month’s service will be refunded.
The early termination fee will be waived.
If the product is returned within the fifteen (15) day
return policy period, Gemini Technologies will issue a credit
or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and
handling. In addition, Gemini Technologies will cancel your
annual service contract and waive the early termination
fees. You will be responsible for all applicable fees, prorated
access charges or other charges that accrued to your account
through the termination date and the equipment return date.
If you choose to terminate your service contract before
the term of the contract expires but after fifteen (15)
days, the purchase price paid, shipping and handling, and
monthly service charges incurred will NOT be refunded and
you will be assessed an early termination fee equal to the
lesser of either the minimum monthly service payments for
the remainder of the contract period or $175.00 USD.
